Stephen Moulds - Design Director

Steve has had a love of design and property for many years and has worked within the development, design and estate agency world for much of his career.  During his time as an Estate Agent in Cheltenham in the 1990s he realised that he wanted his career to centre around property but not necessarily Estate Agency.  It was this realisation which formed the foundation for his decision to undertake an Architectural Interior Design Degree at Chelsea College of Art and Design.  Following graduation, he worked as a Kitchen and Bathroom Designer and Finishing Agent for high end residential developments in London. Steve has also worked for one of the UK's top interior decorators. The practical experience in these roles has provided a deeper understanding of the development processes which can often benefit the design. Steve has undertaken development of a number of personal properties and a few gardens along the way.
