The Brief

This modern detached property needed to provide a ground floor bedroom whilst maintaining the living room access to the kitchen and garden. Whilst the house has excellent circulation, the long living room offers little in adaptability.

Previously the entrance hall would provide three doorways, with no clear defined progression through the building.
